If there is one academic, evidence-based article that shows that nature-based therapy works for a whole range of health issues then this is the ‘must read’:

International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health

If you want to skip all the amazing evidence reviewed then just a couple of snippets from it say it all:

“We believe that nature therapy will play an increasingly important role in preventive medicine in the future.”

“Considering the significance of quality of life in our modern stressful society, the importance of nature therapy will further increase. The therapeutic effects of natural stimulation suggest a simple, accessible, and cost-effective method to improve the quality of life and health of modern people.”

Happy reading!
