In 2020 we were commissioned by The Woodland Trust and The National Trust at Fingle Woods on Dartmoor in Devon to respond to the COVID19 lockdowns by creating a series of self-guided practices in nature for the benefit of everyone. The series is called ‘Mindfulness in Nature’ and uses Fingle Woods as the wonderful backdrop. Each one of the short videos introduces an element of mindfulness in nature using our senses in relation to nature. We hope by sharing this you will find it useful in your everyday and also encourage you to get out into nature where possible and also go visit Fingle Woods or one of The Woodland Trust or National Trust’s wonderful natural sites.

We are very aware that the COVID19 Pandemic has been very hard for everyone. It has been especially hard for those unpaid Carers of people with Long Term Conditions or Frailty. We were commissioned by Devon Carers to create a website for Carers to guide them in how to undertake Forest Bathing.
